Shipping Information

We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95 – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over £50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Vogutura piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Pierced jewelry (if offered)

These items are final sale unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange:

  2. Include in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your return securely in original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our London address using a tracked service

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Credited to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process:

  • Replacement item shipped within 2 business days of receiving return
